The nights are drawing in, and the air is getting chillier. Autumn is upon us, which is personally my favourite season!
There’s nothing better than getting wrapped up and going for a walk outside and experiencing the change in the nature around us. The beautiful yellow, red and gold colours that flood the scenery, crisp fallen leaves which make a lovely crunch when you jump in them; your little ones will love piling them up and playing in the leaves!
Then there’s the conkers and acorns that have fallen, be quick before the squirrels eat them though! I spent many days of my childhood foraging under trees for the fallen conkers, they were like little bits of hidden treasure! There’s so many exciting activities you can do to this autumn to entertain both the little ones and the grown ups! I’ve collected just a few ideas of some fun things you can try at home 🙂
